1. Who we are

Amrein Properties S.L. (CIF B-26806554), with registered office at Avenida Ricardo Soriano 53, 1D, 29601 Marbella, Málaga, Spain (the “Company”, “we”, “us”), is a boutique real estate agency. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), the Company is the data controller of the personal data collected through this website, amreinproperties.com.

2. What data we collect

Contact and enquiry forms: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message, including the property reference you are interested in.
Newsletter subscription: your email address.
WhatsApp contact: if you choose to contact us via the WhatsApp button, your phone number and messages are processed through WhatsApp in accordance with WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
Usage data: we use analytics tools (Google Analytics 4) to collect anonymised or pseudonymised information about how visitors use the site (pages visited, device type, approximate location).

3. Why we process your data and on what legal basis

Responding to your enquiries about properties or our services — legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Sending our newsletter with listings and news — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
Website analytics and improvement — legal basis: your consent and/or our legitimate interest in improving the website.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under data processing agreements:

Hosting provider (Hostinger) — website hosting within the EU.
Inmobalia — our real estate CRM, used to manage property enquiries.
Intuit Mailchimp — newsletter delivery.
Google — website analytics.
Meta (WhatsApp) — only if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp.

Some providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers are protected by adequacy decisions or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep your data

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards for the periods required by Spanish law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email oscar@amreinproperties.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
